1. What types of rooms are available at Shree Shyam PG?
We offer Single, Double Sharing, and Triple Sharing rooms. You can choose between AC and Non-AC rooms based on your preference and budget. All rooms are fully furnished with attached let-baths.
2. What is included in the monthly rent?
Your monthly rent includes the fully furnished room (bed, mattress, study table, chair, storage), attached bathroom, free High-Speed Wi-Fi, RO drinking water, 24/7 inverter power backup, and daily housekeeping services.
3. What is the exact location of the PG?
We are located at 245, Road Number 18, Near Durga Nursery Road, Ashok Nagar, Udaipur. We are situated directly opposite the Vigyan Samiti Govt. Library, making it incredibly close to MLSU, BN University, and major coaching hubs.
4. Is the PG safe and secure?
Absolutely. We maintain a highly secure environment with 24/7 CCTV surveillance across all common areas, secure entry and exit gates, and active staff presence to ensure the safety of all our residents.
5. Are there any timing restrictions or curfews?
Yes, to ensure discipline and safety, the PG gates close strictly at 10:30 PM. We also observe “Quiet Hours” after 11:00 PM so residents can study and sleep peacefully.
6. Are food and meals provided?
We provide a beautiful, open rooftop kitchen and dining area. Please contact us directly at 075681 73319 to get the latest details regarding meal plans or self-cooking arrangements.
7. Is parking space available?
Yes, we provide secure parking space within the premises for two-wheelers so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your vehicle.
8. How do I book a room?
Booking is simple! You can schedule a visit or check room availability by calling us at 075681 73319 or 63673 33191. You can also drop by our location during visiting hours (9:00 AM to 8:00 PM).
9. What is the notice period before moving out?
We require a strict 30-day prior written notice before you vacate the PG. This helps us process your security deposit refund smoothly.
